小坪數住家，以現代風格為主略帶工業風元素，整體主色調是屋主喜歡的黑、灰、深藍和白色，搭配胡桃木皮溫暖質感。原本為三房格局，考量使用機能把一個房間做為更衣室+書房+儲藏室，提供完整收納空間。為增加空間開放感，將主臥室 - 書房 - 客廳三個空間串連。也拆除原有天花板，直接露出樓板，增加高度放大空間。
This small home was designed to be contemporary with the addition of some industrial elements. A primary color scheme was created with the client’s favorite colors of black, grey, navy, and white mixed in with warm tones from the walnut wood.The home originally consisted of a standard three-bedroom layout. To make the best use of space, one bedroom was divided into three functional spaces – a study, a closet for the master bedroom and additional storage space. The master bedroom was then connected to this new space to create an open concept that flowed between the master bedroom, study, and living area. The original drywall ceiling was removed to expose the concrete ceiling for an industrial look while increasing the ceiling height and enlarging the overall space.
