屋主喜好中式文化，規劃時即希望空間能兼具材料質感與讓人沈澱的氛圍，所以本案設計使用大量深色木皮圍塑空間，並在設計中加入簡化的中式元素及搭配中式家具，讓空間帶有現代感的中式風格。臥室內以較大量的留白及黑白對比來塑造沈靜感，並搭配布料、壁紙來軟化空間。浴室則採用消光的灰色質感搭配檜木溫暖色調。

Our client wanted a design inspired by the Chinese culture, so we used a large amount of darker wood tones to create an overall theme for the space.  Simple yet modern Chinese style furniture was used to create a calm but contemporary atmosphere for the space.  The bedroom was given an off-white color scheme with elements of black-and-white contrast to create a sense of balance.  Upholstered wall panels and wallpaper were used to soften the overall space.  The bathroom was designed with a matte grey finish to tie in the warm tones of the Taiwan cypress wood.
